  3. Cycling - A road bike, a spinning class, or a recumbent bike offer a great heart-pumping workout.
  4. Yoga - Yoga offers awesome benefits such as clarity of mind, a good sweat, and flexibility. Try a yoga class or a yoga home video.
  5. Kickboxing - Another class that is an excellent cardio workout. Try martial arts or just a fun boxing class. Also available on home video.
