Michael Watkins, Owner/Operator/Fitness Coach
Originally from McAlester, OK; He’s one of, if not the best personal trainers Tulsa has to offer. Michael started with FT in Norman, OK in 2004. In less than three years, Michael was able to rise through the ranks from a part-time trainer to owner of his own FT studio in 2006. Michael received his Bachelors Degree of Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2005. It is this combined with experience and continuing education that allows Michael to take his clients to and past their limitations and get them the results they not only want but deserve. Michael takes an advanced philosophical approach into every session. His goal is not only to get his client in better shape physically, but to somehow help them improve their lives mentally and emotionally thus creating an overall greater quality of life. Michael loves what FT has to offer for their clients, but is overly passionate about the small groups and specialty groups. He feels this is his training specialty. Michael married Mikah Watkins in 2006. They live in Jenks and have a son named Beckett, a daughter named Marley, and dog named Fergie.

Keith Jacobs, Manager/Fitness Coach. Graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 2001. Keith had an extremely successful high school athletic career, enough to earn a football scholarship to East Central University in Ada, OK where he then graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Sciences. Upon graduation, Keith returned to coach 9th grade and varsity football and track at his alma mater at BAHS. Keith joined the team at FT in 2010 and was quickly promoted to Studio Manager as a result of his hard work and overwhelming dedication to the studio clients. Keith says he enjoys motivating and bringing his coaching experiences with him to all his training sessions and consultations. He goes on to explain that his favorite aspect of training is helping FT’s clients transform their way of thinking when it comes to health and exercise.
